Procurement Contracts - Contract Header Comments Disappearing

We are on 9.1 and just applied bundle #24.

When Purchasing creates a new contract from a copied contract, changes the contract header comments, saves, and then goes back into the contract, the contract header field is completely blank.

Any one have any ideas?

We have this also happening spontaneously with requisition and PO's which uses the same comment field, COMMENTS_2000.
