Revenue Sharing Between Operating Units

Hi,

We have 2 operating units US OU and Germany OU (Both different Ledgers). US OU Project is directly billing to end customer for Bundled Services. Now we want to transfer some percentage of revenue to Germany OU. Germany OU WILL NOT be entering any cross charge transactions againt US project but still we want to share revenue with Germany.

Which functionality we can use to achieve it?
