Can a corrupted HFM Studio Report be extracted / imported from a system backup?

We have a single HFM (11.1.2.1) Studio report in our repository that will no longer open. It is relatively new and we don't have a workspace/export/ .des backup of it. My bad.

Can we locate a prior copy in our full system backups to copy and import? Our server admins could not find where reports are stored? Thanks!
