Need to get Same Vendor details across all Operating units as per below logic.

Any one can help me out in this query. It seems difficult to me but you can easily provide solution. Please check the below both attachment for more details.

As mentioned below is the requirement. Here, circle means one OU (Please consider as Operating Unit). Also need to show the active vendors count for quarterly wise in the report.

Struggling a lot but not getting any idea. Please provide any query.

1 ) If the same supplier is active in 2 different circles of North Region, then in the total of North Region the count for that supplier should be considered as 1 not 2.
