Tax Classification code in Iprocurement Requisitions

Hi,

We have upgraded from 11.5.10 to R12.1.3 and found that Tax classification code is defaulting STD on requisitions in R12. It was defaulting in 11i to STD as well but user had an option to select from LOV as Taxable- Yes/ No which i don't see in R12.

I tried also after disabling the "Allow tax applicability" from configuration owner for requisitions but it is still defaulting.

Please help!!
