Getting Java Error on hiiting 'Reports' shortcut

Hi Team,

Please assist as we are getting the attached JAVA error after hitting the 'Reports' shortcut option on the sales dashboard. However, for all the others shortcuts we are able to access successfully. Even the other tabs on the below like Create Lead, Create Opportunity, Create Quote, proposal etc.

We were not getting this JAVA error before, earlier we were getting the below error after going inside but for that we applied the Patch (Doc ID 1527444.1) also.

Error - PMV-ERROR:ParameterValidator: Error :java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00900: invalid SQL statement

Patch was also applied successfully with below Output
