Cycle Count update do not create 'PI' doc in Item Ledger

Hi All,

When Cycle count is updated it did not created any 'PI' document in item ledger but the status of the cycle count moved to 50 (Completed). System gave an error message "job R41413 completed with errors R41413"

What could be the possible reason? How we can correct this integrity?
