Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Error cannot get valid name for ship_from_org

Dear All,

I've got error when input sales order, the error is cannot get valid name for ship_from_org ,

1. I've checked in order type header and line for warehouse and all fill with warehouse name.

2. I'm using Multi-org, so in profile I checked for MO:security profile and HR:security profile and all fill with organization i've setup earlier.

3. I checked in hz_cust_site_uses_all table and the warehouse id fill with the right organization id.

4. I check on customer -> bussiness purpose --> detail and again the warehouse already fill with the right organization.

Am I miss something here? please Advise.
