Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Could you pleas advise is there any possibilities to clear the old orders(eg 2013,2012 transactions) on the credit check screen

I will attach the relevant screen shot .Thanks
