Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

While changing the user password, user is having the following error in Production instance.

Oracle error -449: ORA-00449: Background process 'MMON' unexpectedly terminated

with error 448 has been detected in FND_WEB_SEC.VALIDATE_PASSWORD

Kindly advise.
