and build skills to help you leverage Oracle product solutions, tools, and knowledge.
If you have actively used My Oracle Support for at least 6-9 months, I encourage you to become accredited. Learn more.

Why should I get certified?
Basically the value of the program is that we hear from customers that it's difficult to find answers in My Oracle Support, and this program is about enabling you to find answers and also know what tools to use to assist in keeping you informed, and more importantly how to diagnose issues and what type of data Oracle Support is expecting from you when you do log a Service Request.
