View Document Option not working

Hi Everyone,

I have two issues;

1. Please help me out why view document option is not working on Purchase Order Form. Inquire> View Document... Option is available but when I click, a window is poped up but it closes before showing any data.. Any setup or Profile Option required?

2. After changing in quantity of Purchase Order, a revision is created. from where I can see the change. For Example; Quantity on PO was 10 and afterwards I changed the quantity to 7.. If I want ot see the change What function should I use or where to see this change? Kindly help
