Restrict user access depending on the Object Manger

Hi All,

I have a requirement that consists in allowing access to an object manager (Open UI, for instance) to specific users. Let's say that all users will be granted to access the Siebel High Interactivity application, and on the other hand only a few specific users should have the rights to access to the Siebel Open UI application.

The current authentication system is through database connection.

Is it possible to restrict some specific users at object manager level? Do you have any ideas or suggestions on this?
