Need clarification regarding Thread parameters monitor from WLS console.

Hi,

Could someone please clarify below queries about monitoring parameters of threads.

After configuring work manager and Capacity constraint at domain level:

1.) To which values of the admin console (server -> monitoring -> threads) respectively of the ThreadPoolRuntimeMBean does the capacity constraint refer to? Could you provide the formula that clarifies in which case the capacity threshold(s) is/are exceeded?

2) What does ACTIVE in the thread name exactly mean and what does STANDBY mean, resp. what is the difference in between both states ?

3) Under what conditions is a request put in the queue (see next question)?

4) Why are requests queued when at the same time there are threads in STANDBY status (observed in load tests, though no load constraints were defined)?

Howdy, Stranger!
