R12.1.3 : patch 17774755 is failing on prerequisites R12.AD.B.4 and R12.ADO.B.4 but yet patches 1788

Hi,

When applying patch 17774755 it fails on prerequisites patch 17884289 R12.AD.B.4 and patch 17886182 R12.ADO.B.4 but those patches have already been applied.

The following error occurs :
