Memory consideration for concurrent user over 150

Dear Community,

     Can you please help me find, what memory consideration should be taken into consideration for Oracle Forms 11.1.2.1(weblogic 10.3.6)  with concurrent users over 150 ? and on which grounds we shall advise someone how much memory should be used.Haq
