How to Out side processing handle in OPM

I have two Yarn Item YDY-1 (10 single) and YDY-2 (10 single)  and I want to make it double through any Out side Unit on cost, in this how to map this case in Processing Manufacturing

means

First I out these two Item in Inventory (how to map Transportation  method  and cost in OPM)

then After processing get it in my inventory (How to map receiving method and processing cost in OPM)
