ADVISOR WEBCAST:   How to Get prepared for Supporting your RAC Environments by using Essential Proactive tools


June 10, 2014 at 10:00 am ET, 9:00 am CT, 8:00 am MT, 7:00 am PT,  16:00, Europe Summer Time (Brussels, GMT+02:00) This presentation covers various support tools recommended by Scalability support.

These include proactive tools like Oracheck, which enables a customer to implement Best Practice Configurations based on Database and OS Best Practices, as well as prepare a system for a Grid Infrastructure and RAC Database Upgrade.

Other tools covered include OSW, procwatcher, among others.

These tools can be used proactively to check in on your environment and ensure it is stable and performing well, as well as reactively to gather diagnostics for Service Requests.
