R12.1.3 : PACKAGE BODY PA_PROGRESS_PUB: Package Body altered with compilation errors

The compilation problems appeared after installing patches from Doc ID 1579975.1. We have the same problems as in 'PAXINRVW - Form Loops When Invoice Is 'Released' When User Selects 'Receivable' Tab (Doc ID 1579975.1'.


Case:
PACKAGE BODY PA_PROGRESS_PUB: Package Body altered with compilation errors.

This happened after we installed the patches in :
PAXINRVW - Form Loops When Invoice Is 'Released' When User Selects 'Receivable' Tab (Doc ID 1579975.1)

We has the same problem as in Doc ID 1579975.1)

First we installed patch 17172518 which had pre-req patch:
(1) 17005984 - PAI_ORACLE_ERROR CURSOR=31 CODE=-1458: INVALID LENGTH INSIDE VARIABLE CHARAC).
Which again had to pre-reqs:
