R12.2 Upgrade Online Patching needing APPS_TS_SEED Tablespace missing

Hello,  Looking for direction.  Recently upgraded our Dev and QA instances.  Working through enabling Online patching for R12.2.  Directions state to verify APPS_TS_SEED tablespace. 

Our instance does not have these tablespaces.  Not sure if something was done differently when OATM was setup on our ERP. 

Wondering what the next steps would be to add that tablespace correctly.  Also as you can see below looks like APPS_NOLOGGING was setup wrong, should be APPS_TS_NOLOGGING.
