Expand/Collapse is not working for Custom Applets in Open UI

Hi,

I'm working on 8.1.1.11 (patchset 7) FINS. For a custom created applet, I tried to add two user properties "ClientPMUserProp" and "Default Applet Display Mode" with values "Default Applet Display Mode" and "Collapsed" respectively. The class used for the applet is "CSSFrame". After performing these two tasks, I'm seeing the icon at the right most corner of applet title but when I click, nothing happens. Is there any additional task I need to do to get this working ?
