Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Automatic Failure Code Assignment to PM Work Order

Hello,

Our business users are insisting that a wrong failure code is automatically assigned to a PM work order.

I have absolutely no setup documentation to reference, but don’t know where to look for that automatic failure code assignment to a PM work order.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
