known issues with Smart view 11.1.2.3

Hi! We are in process of upgrading from HFM 11.1.1.3 to 11.1.2.3 and are experiencing some issues with Smart view. Can anyone tell me if there are known issues with this (11.1.2.3) version of Smart view?

Couple of problems experienced are:

Super simple ad hoc report taking a very long time to retrieve and returning the message:

" The request timed out. Contact your Smart View client system administrator to extend your Windows Internet Explorer time out settings"

I've applied the settings required and then get the message below once (or if when retreived):

A dimension member cannot be reference twice. I have confirmed and the dimension is only being used once. Again this is a super simple ad hoc retrieve.
