How to Generate Siebel Notification

Hello Gurus,

We are going to use Siebel as a backend solution in our new project i.e. Siebel will run headless.

Now we have requirements as below:

We need to generate notifications and send it to front end so user can be notified on following events:

- SR assigned

- SR Status changed

- New comments added to SR

- SR Address Validation

-Other

The notification needs to be sent to SR Creator, Supervisor, Consumer & any Agencies associated.

I dont have much experience with Siebel Alerts, can i use it here?

We are also thinking to apply custom solution with help of creating new custom table.
