Payables: Recurring Invoice is getting created with inclusive TAX

Even though we set defualt tax as Exclusive, at tax configuration, Supplier Tax Details.......... but recurring invoice is creating invoice with inclusive tax:

Example:

I have created Recurring invoice for 4 periods for 10,000 USD

When i generate invoice#1 for 2500,

in create invoice form under Tax info it is showing as

Oreiginal Invoice 2500

Tax: 227.27

Gross Amount : 2727.27

(wonder tax should be 250 not 227.27)

But finally when invoice got created for 2500 gross

with line as 2272.23 + Tax as 227.27

Any help on this is appreciated
