Clustered Planning Environment - servers not in sync

Hi,

We have a clustered environment, with 5 total Foundation servers (v11.1.2.2.3) and use F5 load balancing.  Servers 3 & 4 are the Planning/EAS/APS/Calc Mgr servers.  Last week, we performed a dim build refresh for a Product dimension and came across a strange issue:  some of the level zero dimension members were not available when logging directly into Planning on server 3, but were available in Planning on server 4. We could see the members in the outline (EAS), via Smart View and in the application schema.  We were able to resolve the issues by restarting the Foundation services, but not
