Applied patch 1820913 log in screen is not clear

Hi

After applying patch 1820913 , the loggin screen as well as other within the EBS application don't look correct.

The patch was applied in two different EBS test environments resulting in the same issue on both.

Both times the application was shutdown, maintenance mode was enabled and then the patch was applied.

The solution in the Oracle document "Screen fields Not Displayed Correctly After Applying Patch 1820913 (https://mosemp.us.oracle.com/epmos/faces/ui/km/DocumentDisplay.jspx?id=1643549.1Doc ID 1643549.1)" does not fix the issue.

The patch was applied as suggested in this document.


Any help would be greatly appreciated!
