barcode javabean works in Oracle report builder but not in Oracle r12 linux server

I followed the sample oracle barcode report to test. and it worked in my local Oracle Report builder. But when I moved the report to server and created concurrent request program to run it, it got failed. I tried several ways i found from website, but didnt work.

Someone mentioned to modify the <reportserver>.conf file, but i even could not find this file in our R12 environment....

Below is the traced exceptions:
