Task flows error general Exception: Index 0; Size0.

Hey,

We are facing a strange issue since last week. Even after we delete a specific taskflow, we can still see it in workspace. Also when we try to edit taskflow A, it opens taskflow B.

When trying to delete any task flow , we get the error

general Exception: Index 0; Size0.

The only change we had a couple of weeks back was the upgrade of Internet explorer from IE8 to IE9 version. Can someone please help in understanding what could be causing this and how cqan we fix this?
