R12 Core Purchasing receipts do not display in iProcurement

I was looking over doc ic 1228653.1 that talks about why receipts entered in Core Purchasing aren't viewable in iProcurement but it's related to 11.5.10. 2 and later.

Does anybody know if this has this been corrected for R12.1.3?

We have users that only have iProcurement access and not way to verify receipts were entered in Core Purchasing.
