Upgrade from 11.1.1.6.2 to 11.1.1.7.1 and EBS security

Hello,

After upgrading from 11.1.1.6.2 to 11.1.1.7.140415 I'm unable to see any of the EBS responsibilities assigned to catalog folders in BI Pub. We are using a separate catalog for BI Pub and before the upgade I could perform a search in the Add Roles screen and it would return all the EBS responsibilities we have. I could then assign the to the catalog object. Now I get nothing returned. I also can't see any of the permissions already assigned. I have users logging in and running reports but I can't see the already assigned roles. All folders/reports say "No Roles
