Encumbrance Journal creation

Hi,

We have a client where in we are doing a custom application for budgets allocation where in the budget and encumbrance entries are created and interfaced to GL through GL_INTERFACE table.

Budget Entries --> GL_INTERFACE-->Journal Import-->Posting

Encumbrance Entries --> GL_INTERFACE-->Journal Import -->Posting

However, the posting program is taking a long time during month end and its gets queued up for a long time. They want to see the immediate effect on the fund available because there is a scenario where in other user can create budget with old fund available.

We found that we can achieve this if we insert the entries first in gl_bc_packets i.e.
