Qs regarding R09420 and R09421

Hi All, a quick Q on R09420 and R09421. These two reports show all doc types, including JEs. Now while entering JE (P0911), you give some header explanation and then you can also add remarks to individual lines. However, if there are 2 lines in a JE, these two reports will show only header level explanation and not detail line remarks. Is there any way to bring it on the report w/o customization OR is there any other standard JDE report that caters to that?
