Error while applying patch 3384350

Hi Team,

Customer cannot proceed applying patch 5903765 on test instance. They are getting following error while applying pre-requisites patch 3384350

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:
    FAILED: file XMLImporter.class on worker  1.
    FAILED: file XMLImporter.class on worker  2.
    FAILED: file ieoslreg.jlt on worker  3.
ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.

Uploaded the patch log file and the worker logs.

Customer already applied the patch from below note.


Cannot Generate Ieoslreg.Jlt When Applying Patch 4028007 (Doc Id 310837.1)
