E811 TR8.98.3.3 Capturing jasdebug

Hi, their TR is stated above. May i know is above version able to turn on jas debug log by using jdelog.properties in \e8xx\jas\ea_jas_80.ear\webclient.wa\web-inf  ?

Or

SAW in this link http://webserver:port/jde/saw/sawent.html ?

They have SVM installed...but can't able to capture the jas debug log based on the document given....they were wondering if the jas debug log can be turn on w/o based on userID creation in the SVM ?

Because they told me that specific userID might not have performance issue all the time...hard to predict when the system  will slowdown...
