ReIM department tolerances

in Retail Invoice Matching (MOSC) Question

Hi all,

I am unable to save tolerances created at Supplier level.

Supplier Level:After entering all details in supplier tolerance screen and clicking on 'OK' button,the details are not storing in Database.The same thing is happening  when i create tolerance at system level.

Department level:When we are entering department ID in Tolerance maintenance screen.It throws error as "Invalid ID" and in the log file error is "com.retek.reim.foundation.rms12.DeptBean - com.retek.reim.merch.utils.ReIMException: Problem occurred on the database."

Please help me to resolve the above problem.we are using ReIM 13.2.6
