Facility Maintenance Jobs

My company is an oursourced property maintenance agent. We have a number of contracts. Under one contract there could be hundreds of buildings. An occupier of one of these buildings could log a helpdesk call with us. We would assess what is needed. It could be a simple job (move a whiteboard from this wall to that) or complex (the roof is leaking and needs replacing). We would then call up one of our contractors to engage them to do the work.
