External bank assignment data not populating in IBY_PMT_INSTR_USES_ALL?

Hi All,

In my requirement i have get the details of all vendor with there external bank and account.

I have found the tables like IBY_EXTERNAL_PAYEES_ALL,IBY_PMT_INSTR_USES_ALL and IBY_EXT_BANK_ACCOUNTS.

But in the table  IBY_PMT_INSTR_USES_ALL assignment not populating.

My self have define a bank for supplier.

Please help...
