Payables / eBTax: Tax not Calculating on Certain Ship-to's

Hello All,

I've had a an issue with Payables and eBTax that's puzzling me and I hope you can help with.

I have used Doc ID 577996.1 as a basis for setting up tax for Canada. All has been working fine until recently.

The issue I am facing is that tax is not calculating for certain Ship-to's. Now, these Ship-to's (Locations) were setup by Purchasing in the Location form and all looks okay. I.e. the address format is Canada (International) and all of the fields that need to be filled out have been filled out.

You thoughts and advice would be most appreciated.
