Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. RMA in iStore submited in booked status

we have implemented RMA in iStore,but orders are submitted as booked status in OM instead of entered status.

is there any profile option set up is for RMA order status for iStore?

As after submitting RMA order both header and line level status is booked,instead of await return in line level.
