REQIMPORT completes without processing any record

Hi All,

Can anyone please share if such an issue is encountered where REQIMPORT runs and completes normal without processing a single record and nothing comes up in log file. The same record set gets processed in the next run.

Also we have another issue with RVCTP where it fails with deadlock even though it  is self incompatible.
