VAT Do not Calculate for RMA Orders

Hi,

Any one help the below requirement

     We are using R12 India Localization,We sold the materials with VAT. Our requirement is when we Return the material through RMA order the system do not calculate the Tax if the material sold 6 months before.

Is there any standard functionality to restrict the Tax calculate for RMA orders?
