log file sync wait event problem, RAC 11g R2

Hello All,

I preparing my new cluster database to be production next days when we making tests with same process that occur at old database i found log file sync wait event at ADDM report , i made search at Google to find direct solutions but i can't find.

Findings and Recommendations

Finding 1: Commits and Rollbacks

Impact is 1.06 active sessions, 47.23% of total activity.

Waits on event "log file sync" while performing COMMIT and ROLLBACK operations were consuming significant database time.

Waits on event "log file sync" in one instance can cause global cache contention on other instances.
