issue with the view apprsails page in oracle SSHR

Hi,

I am getting the error "No parameter for pDestination or pCalledFrom found in scope.” in view Appraisals page.

There is a custom HR manager responsibility  and clicking on Appraisals function.

After querying the with one of the employee by entering either last name or first name.

Once the employee row displayed then clicking on 'Action"  button in the page.After clicking on Action button ,we have the custom report added to view the employee appraisals.

After clicking the report and closing .again came return to summary and searching for same or other employee then getting the above error in the view
