Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Order Management - EBS (MOSC)

After booking the SO, status is going to Awaiting Supply instead of Supply Eligible.

Hi Gurus,

Please help me to understand what went wrong while doing the setups.

I have created one item and i have enabled ATO, Built in WIP, and BOM Allowed, Purchasing and list price all these item attributes.

when i tried to place the item on SO and try to book the SO, then the SO line status going to Awaiting Supply.

I have created order type as mixed and line type workflow as Line flow - Generic.
