R12.2 Is there any solution for not migrated Payables Documents or Payment Formats ?

Hello Oracle Community!

I tried to find a solution for the new EBS release 12.2 but I failed to do so.

Can you please advise me regarding the following issue:

Regarding the issue with the not migrated Payables Documents, there is the Doc ID 1466998.1.
Q: In this note, the patches are only valid for R 12.1.x, but not for 12.2.x?!?! Could you please advise towards the correct Patch for R 12.2.2 ?
Q: If there is a solution available, which should add the Payables Documents to the "Internal Bank Accounts" is this also valid for those Payment Format, which were not migrated into Release 12.2??
