SQL Performance (MOSC)

we have a severe performance degradation after upgrade 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.4

While whe were running under 11.2.0.1 version, the workload of server was OK. But since we upgrade, users can't do their works. We have no error codes.

Is someone can help me ?
