o/p foll script for weekly CM load

We are using EBS version 12.1.3

We want to try to do health check of the system and capiture the weekly CM load.

Where can I get the o/p foll script to analyse the load? Also, what is o/p stands for? Gurus, please advise. Thank you very much.
