iExpense - Project and Allocation Tabs

Hello
I'm trying to Reorder the Project and Account allocation Tabs so that the Account Allocation is first and Project is second

So I click on Personalize Stack Layout: (ExpenseAllocationsPageContainer)

Sub Tab Bar: (AllocationSubTabBar) -> I re-order them in the Site level. However, only the tabs are switched, but the functinality is the same.
What I meant is now Allocation details show up in the Project Tab and the Project details show up in the Allocation Tab

What am I missing ?
