JDE E1 Financial documentation in Czech or Russian language

Hello,

For our client in the Czech Republic we are looking for standard Oracle documentation in Russian or Czech language. The client's users are not so good in English so they asked us to provide in in the languages they can fully comprehend the content. Specifically we need to provide client with the following book:

Financial Management Reports Guide

Release 9.1

E23551-04

Do the language versions of standard documents exist on the documentation portal and where I can find them?
